This policy applies to paid Scribewren plans sold by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME - PT Perorangan]] through Paddle. It supplements the Terms of Service and the Paddle Buyer Terms.
1. Who processes refunds
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record and seller of our paid plans, so Paddle issues refunds. Ask us at [email protected], or use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
On your first payment for Unlimited ($19 per month or $96 per year), you can ask for a full refund within 30 days. We do not ask for a reason.
3. Renewals
- Monthly renewals are not refundable. Cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid month.
- Yearly renewals are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
4. EU and UK withdrawal right
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. If you start using the service straight away, you accept that this right may be lost once the digital service has been fully provided, as the Paddle Buyer Terms explain. Our 30-day guarantee applies in any case.
5. Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. If you delete it within the 30-day guarantee window, we refund you on request.
6. If we end your account
If we end a paid account for repeated abuse, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period. We do not refund when the reason is fraud or illegal content.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you open a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, your account moves to the Free plan.
8. Abuse of refunds
The money-back guarantee applies once per customer. We may decline repeated cycles of buying and refunding.
9. Timing
Card payments can usually be refunded by Paddle for about 120 days. After that, we may offer a credit instead.
10. Prices and tax
Prices are shown in your local currency and include or exclude tax as Paddle displays them at checkout.
