What does unlimited mean?
There is no daily cap on transcriptions. A fair use limit of 300 audio hours per month applies to keep the service reliable for everyone. Individual files can run up to 10 hours and 5 GB.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Free includes up to 3 transcriptions a day, 30 minutes, in the standard queue, with a summary from AI notes. Playback copies are kept for 7 days.
Is there a money-back guarantee?

Do the prices include tax?

How long do you keep my recordings?
Original files are deleted within 24 hours of the transcript finishing. A playback copy is kept for 7 days on Free and 90 days on Unlimited. Your transcripts stay until you delete them.
