What is compared
We compare Otter Pro because it is the plan closest in price to our Unlimited plan. Otter lists other plans too. We left them out because we could not confirm their limits, and a comparison with guessed numbers is not worth reading.
Where the products meet
If you record a meeting and upload the file afterwards, either product can produce a transcript. The differences then come down to allowances. Otter Pro counts minutes per month and imports per month. Our Unlimited plan has no minute count within fair use, and the table shows the per-file limits side by side.
